Performance clinics are designed to provide individuals and teams with valuable information on a variety of specific topics such as squats, deadlifts, injury rehab, speed & power, and kettlebell training for athletic performance.

 

Our performance clinics are structured in a variety of ways, including lectures, interactive workshops, and group discussions. Attendees can expect to learn various methods to enhance their knowledge and skills allowing them to accelerate their progress toward their goals.​

​Clinics may be held in a variety of settings, including gyms, sports centres, and online. Some may be free, while others may require a fee or registration.
