Bronze World TKD Champion

Ashton Armour-Rubery travelled to Croatia to compete in the World TKD Championships. The week didn’t start off as we had hoped leading to him feeling disappointed as anyone would be but today saw him pick up bronze in the team power breaking event.

Over the last 7 months Ashton has seen increases in leg strength, upper body strength, aerobic and anaerobic capacity, and a 6″ increase in his vertical jump.

With each session his confidence and more importantly his resilience grew. So before he even steps on the mats to represent his country he’s already been successful multiple times and in a wide variety of ways.

Gold IKMF World Champion

Over the last 12 months Kevin has achieved qualifying for the Scotland team in two different lifts, a silver medal 32kg One Arm Long Cycle Half Marathon, qualifying for the IKMF World Championships in Copenhagen a gold medal Pentathlon and the IKMF World Championships in Belgium.

Silver IKMF World Champion


This year has seen Gayle achieve qualifying for the National team, winning gold at the IKMF World Championships in Copenhagen in 20kg Half Marathon, winning silver at the IKMF World Championships in Belgium in 18kg Marathon and Master of Sport rank x 2.
